Diwakar is a veteran technology leader with over 30+ years of experience, leading large companies handling revenues of USD $7 Billion (INR 60,000 Crores+) heading large technology initiatives. A Mechanical Engineering graduate from Osmania University, he has led numerous large-scale digital transformation and modernization initiatives.
As the CEO of Afors Consulting, Diwakar spearheads the company’s strategic vision, driving excellence in IT consulting, digital transformation, and managed services across global markets.
Under his leadership, Afors has expanded its footprint across Telecom, BFSI, and Enterprise Technology domains, delivering high-impact solutions with innovation and efficiency. ​

Kasyap brings over 26 years of rich experience across Telecom, BFSI, IT consulting, and Quality Assurance domains. A results-driven leader, he has held key leadership roles at organizations such as Maveric Systems, Mobily Infotech, and Capgemini, successfully managing large-scale delivery programs and client engagements across the Middle East, UK, and Asia-Pacific.
At Afors, Kasyap leads global operations, driving excellence in service delivery, innovation, and client satisfaction. His strategic vision and deep industry expertise continue to strengthen Afors’ position as a trusted partner in digital transformation and IT consulting.

Rama Mohan is an industry expert, comes with over 25+ years of robust experience leading end-to-end project delivery, solution architecture, and client success across global engagements. With deep expertise in ERP, CRM, SDLC, and Agile methodologies, he ensured seamless execution of complex IT programs from planning to deployment.
Rama excels in software project management, pre-sales, requirements analysis, and business intelligence, leveraging over two decades of experience in managing cross-functional teams and technology transformations.
